We offer a 6 week course to help relieve your depression. The course involves six remedies that help relieve depression that you can apply to your life now. Each week you will receive a video, workbook and guided meditation that provides you with information explaining the remedy as well as practical exercises to help you to incorporate it into your daily life. You will also receive one private online session per week to give you the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback, support and motivation.


The six remedies are:






We can create a personal guided meditation for you in mp3 format that you can listen to on your own device. These meditations are typically 15 mins long and are created after a one on one consultation. During the consultation we will determine a format for the audio guide to best support, guide and encourage you to meditate. The main aim is to provide you with a guided meditation that you really enjoy listening to, that helps you to deepen your practice and helps you progress to see positive results.


Audio guides focusing on a particular topic can also be created with the aim to help you to improve a specific area of your life such as:




Reduced anxiety

Improved sleep

Increasing abundance

Help with addictions





Weekly meditation classes and mantra chanting classes are offered in Berlin.



Group meditations with a teacher are more powerful than meditating alone. The added support, encouragement and focus helps you stay disciplined and reach a deeper state of meditation quicker. Our classes are the perfect way to learn the joy-filled meditation techniques and to refresh your mind, energise your spirit and awaken inner calm and joy. Each week we meditate on a different topic.

The class begins with a short contemplation on the given topic after which the participants are guided to connect with their inner strength, calm and joy. Conscious breathing techniques, mindfulness and self-inquiry are practiced to help with this connection.

The mantras taught in our chanting classes are Vedic mantras that are thousands of years old. In deep meditation Yogis derived the sounds of these mantras from nature and their surroundings.

Chanting these mantras helps to focus the mind and reach a deep state of meditation.They help you to connect to your higher self, reach a state of deep peace and expand your consciousness. They assist with deep healing and transformation on many levels.

Amanda is offering 30 minute mantra chanting sessions every day at 10am via an online Zoom meeting. The mantra chanted is a Vedic mantra specifically used for destroying illness. The intension is that these chanting sessions will help to heal the world from the Corona Virus and all of its effects.

The classes are free and open to all.
