We provide meditation workshops and classes for employees that are carried out inside clients’ offices. We offer full day, half day and lunch time workshops to suit our clients time and budget requirements.

 

The full day workshop is the most in-depth and covers all aspects of meditation needed for beginners to start practicing on their own. To give people a variety to choose from in their own practice we teach three techniques per method, which are: yogic breathing, mindfulness and self-inquiry. We also teach topics relating to the mind, yoga, diet and lifestyle. The workshop gives a holistic approach to successful meditation and a healthy life

 

The half day workshop offers an overview of meditation along with one technique in each method. This course provides the basics that will enable the participants to begin to practice regular meditation on their own.

 

The lunch time workshop gives an introduction to meditation and clarifies many common questions and challenges that people initially face when trying to meditate. The main aim of the workshop is to give people the knowledge and confidence to get started and to give them direction on the next steps in practicing regular meditation. On the same day a 30 min practice class is included to give people the opportunity to practice the techniques highlighted during the workshop.

 

All workshops clarify what meditation is, the benefits, the most powerful techniques and how to overcome challenges and integrate meditation into a busy lifestyle. The aim for the sessions is to educate, empower and motivate employees to practice regular meditation.

Scientifically it has been proven with numerous studies (neurological, behavioural and psychological) that regular meditation reduces stress, improves sleep, increases emotional well-being and improves attention. Many people are interested in and curious about meditation but unsure how to start. By helping employees learn meditation, they are better equipped to deal with stress, pressure and change. They can improve their attention, engagement and focus better on tasks. This can result in a more enjoyable working environment as well as increased efficiency and satisfaction.

MEDITATION
SESSION 30 MINS

A guided meditation practice session using a combination of meditation techniques including conscious breathing, mindfulness and self awareness. Simple and clear instruction that gives the attendees the skills and confidence to practice on their own.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

All classes are in the English language, however questions and clarification in German are welcome.

A meeting room of appropriate size would be required to be booked by the company for the workshop and meditation class. If no meeting room is available, we can also arrange a room in an external nearby location at a cost.

ONGOING REGULAR MEDITATION CLASSES

 

Regular guided meditation classes are also available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis in the company office. Group meditation classes with a teacher are more powerful than being alone as there is extra support, encouragement and focus.

A meeting room would be required to be booked for one hour for the class. This enables the teacher to set up the room as well as leave time for the participants to ask questions after the class. There is always time allowed for people to comment and give feedback on their experience. If no meeting room is available an external meeting room that is nearby could also be arranged at a cost by us.
